Ian O'Hanlon - Delay Analysis Expert

The owner and sole expert of the company Mr Ian O’Hanlon has worked in the construction industry for over 40 years and has spent the last 25 years working on delay analysis matters.

He is a Chartered Civil Engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering from Cardiff University and an MSc in Construction Law for Kings College London.

Ian has produced expert reports for adjudication, arbitration and litigation and given oral testimony in arbitrations.

He has been involved in the delay analysis of many projects including housing developments, office blocks, roads, tunnels, marine works, and processing plants.

These projects have been located around the world, including the UK, Middle East and Asia.
